At Frami.store, we offer secure payment options to ensure a seamless transaction process:

  • PayPal: A trusted and secure method that allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, bank account, or credit/debit card.
  • Payoneer: An internationally recognized platform that allows for flexible and secure payments.

Both payment methods encrypt and protect your financial information, ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all orders, no matter the size or quantity.

  • Order Processing Time: Your order will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: After processing, your order will typically arrive within 7-15 business days, depending on your location in the US.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress on the shipping carrier’s website.

At Frami.store, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process:

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Return Window: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Process: Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Once your return is processed and the item is inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or Payoneer). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.

We are committed to delivering high-quality products, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or a full refund.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
