Return

We hope that you will be pleased with our products. However, if for any reason, you are unhappy with your order and you wish to ask for a refund, you have the option to return the order within 15 days of the delivery date.

 

Return process

To initiate process, please contact with customer support at [email protected]. You will be required to provide order number and reason for return.

All items must be returned in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags) with the protective film still attached on the hardware. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are deemed damaged – scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned item and in the absence of any objection, we will refund the amount minus delivery charges.

 

Refund processing

Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Frami. Once approved we will send you a confirmation mail with regards to the status of the refund and procced with the repayment.

Please allow up to 14 days from the day you receive this confirmation email for us to credit back to the payment method that was used to make the original purchase.

Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges. If you would like to change the style you have ordered please return it and we will issue a refund on the original order and a new order needs to be placed.

 

Item faulty

f you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide a replacement product or a full refund.
